Suddenly sync problems
Dear support team,
I have your calendar installed on my Android smartphone and on my Windows laptop. It worked really well so far, but since this week I am getting an error (see attached screenshot) that the calendar is unable to synchronize my appointments. I don't know what to do and how to get this working again, because the error message isn't informative. Do you have an idea, what the problem could be?
Thanks in advance! Stefan Hackel

Too many requests error 429
Hello OneCalendar Team,
we currently have an issue when synchronizing our calendar with M365. We get a too many requests error 429 from one calendar. We can just dismiss this error and the calendar keeps working fine, but it is showing again and again. We tried to fix this issue by removing all calendar entries from the past year so there are not too many synchronized. This unfortunately did not help. Is there any solution to this issue?

Can no longer add Microsoft Account Calendar, "Error adding your MicrosoftGraph account: An internal server error occurred, the operation failed".
One Calendar is no longer usable on my iPhone15 Pro.
1. Sync error with outlook calendar linked to outlook.com email address.
2. Uninstalled One Calendar app, reinstalled, same problem.
3. Removed MS outlook account calendar from One Calendar app
4. Re-added MS outlook account calendar to One Calendar app, new error
5. "Error adding your MicrosoftGraph account: An internal server error occured. The operation failed.
6. One Calendar has permanently lost access to my outlook calendar, making the app no longer functional on iOS.
7. Is this something that can be fixed, or should we seek refunds via the app store?

On iPad Pro the week view has mangled text
It looks like the second line of text is superimposed on the first line so is unreadable.
Also, in all views, text is all underlined which I’m sure is not intended

Make app closeable from menu bar on Mac.
There's no way to close the app from the icon in the menu bar on MacOS. It's getting tedious having to close it from the dock or launchpad.

Apple App Specific Password is not recognized by OneCalendar in Windows 10 (Surface Pro 4 Device)
Hi,
I'm trying to connect and sync my One Calendar between my iPhone and Surface Pro 4. I've tried multiple times to connect it but every time it doesn't recognize the App Specific code generated by Apple. iOS and Windows are both updated and current. I follow the step by step instructions from One Calendar but still does not connect.

Multiday events reminders keep repeating every day
Once a festival or a holiday starts, I KNOW it has started. OneCalendar doesn't have to remind me every day of it. One Calendar started showing this behaviour a few months ago on iOs 14 and 15 (iPhone X).
