    This is the issue I keep getting on my computer and phone. It is driving me nuts and I have tried everything. I am about to get rid of onecalendar.

    Too many requests error 429

    Hello OneCalendar Team,

    we currently have an issue when synchronizing our calendar with M365. We get a too many requests error 429 from one calendar. We can just dismiss this error and the calendar keeps working fine, but it is showing again and again. We tried to fix this issue by removing all calendar entries from the past year so there are not too many synchronized. This unfortunately did not help. Is there any solution to this issue?

    Calendar not syncing between devices after 2 years

    Hi I use OneCalendar to see multiple calendars at once in yearly view. However I noticed that events after 2 years are not syncing from my mobile to my tablet or my Windows app. Is this something that can be fixed please? For example I added an event on my android phone for October 2026 but this is not syncing onto my laptop or tablet. I've tried updating all the apps but this does not make a difference. I purchased the premium version too hoping that would fix the problem but it did not unfortunately. I appreciate your help. Thank

    Dear support team,

     

    I have your calendar installed on my Android smartphone and on my Windows laptop. It worked really well so far, but since this week I am getting an error (see attached screenshot) that the calendar is unable to synchronize my appointments. I don't know what to do and how to get this working again, because the error message isn't informative. Do you have an idea, what the problem could be?

    Hi, I've had One Calendar Premium for years and it has worked just fine.

    I have just bought a new computer (Microsoft) and uploaded the app One Calendar. The problem is the calendar is empty. I tried to enter one of my emails (jjhakan@gmail.com or joellejohansson69@gmail.com) but the app doesn't recognise either. As I've had One Calendar for years, I'm not sure which email address I used. Can you find it for me?

    The app still works on my Android phone.

    When I have an event (Google) on one day with a start and end time, and I move it per drag and drop in the week view to another day, it does become a all day event, I need to set start and end time again.

    Text doesn't load when scolling in "month" view

    Hi again. In the "month" view when I scoll to the left/right to see the next month, the texts from each day doesn't load in. I have to turn off and on again the calendar to load the texts correctly. Attached images for reference. This happens in the Mac version of the app. Thank you in advance <3

    Changing color to a date in Google calendar creates a new calendar in OneCal app

    Hello dear OneCal Team. Every time a change the color of a specific day in a Google Calendar, the App creates "a new calendar" with that color and with no name, so I end up having tons more calendars than I really have. Is there a way to avoid this, please? It appears like that in all app versions (Mac, iPad, iPhone, Samsung). Attached screenshot for reference.

    Unable to use Google App Passwords to login

    My Google-based work account is restricted to not allow us to use the standard login with Google feature, however, we can use Google's App-specific Passwords and I have done so with other applications in the past. Unfortunately, OneCalendar doesn't seem to have a way of letting me add the account with a generated App Password and I'm forced into the login with Google portal which rejects App Passwords.

    Incorrect invitation assignment for exchange account

    I have 3 Google accounts and 1 exchange account.

    if I receive an invitation for a google account, the invitation is generated for the exchange account, although the invitation was clearly issued for the email address of the google account. If I deactivate the calendar in the Exchange account, the invitations are assigned correctly to the google account. This occurs both on windows and iOS.

    When I open the app, it looks like I have several unanswered invitations. But when I click into the tab. I have neither new nor rejected invitations. Does anyone else have this problem? What can I do to solve it?

    Can't log in with iOS calendar or Yahoo. Generated app specific passwords for both apps on both iPhone through the apps and my PC. Still asks for an app specific password. Cleared cache and cookies on my PC. Still the same thing.

    Seems like there are a lot of people having this problem and all support requests are left on read with no solutions. For a paid app this is ridiculous.

    Month widget doesn’t work

    I have been using the app for a short período of time and the month vow widget is the principal feature for me, but I have experience several issues with it.  when i insert the widget, everything seems to be working properly, after a few days the widget appears completely white, with no information at all. I have to delete the widget and insert it again to have it working for another couple of days.  It’s disappointing and annoying have to always repeat this procedure in order to have this feature working.  I’m almost giving up this app, even though

    Note created in microsoft Outlook (Gmail account) are being wrapped in HTML in OneCalendar which makes it impossible to read. does anyone have a solution here please?

    Won't allow me to delete appointments that are pulled from gmail, even if I never accept. Also won't allow me to move or delete appointments that are part of a series.
