Pease allow us to turn on/off any individual calendar regardless of its colour "group"

Forcing users to turn off calendar in groups based on their color might work fine for people who only have a couple of calendars, but if you have many calendars this behaviour makes the app unmanageable. In my case it makes the app unusable because I have 40 calendars. Being forced to manage color groups, just to control visibility is a huge overhead for no advantage.

My suggestion for the pull down menu where the visibility of the calendars are toggled:

I would like a feature to be able to "end" a repeating event/appointment that has no set end date.

I often have no set end date for a regular occurrence where I don't know when/if it will end. In this case, when I know I no longer want the event, I currently have to delete the entire series.

I would like the option to simple stop the repetition after having already made the event. This is to keep the old events for the sake of prosperity.

It would be a great feature to be able to sync dates from locally stored contacts such as birthdays, anniversaries and other custom dates. This feature is supported by other calendar applications.

I use this application with Google Calendar. I really like "Birthdays from contacts".

Generated events are better than the one generated by Google Calendar - updated immediately after contacts are changed and show age of the person.

But for me it's also important to see other dates from contacts - Name Days, Marriage Anniversaries etc.

Would it be possible to add, maybe even as a premium feature?

Google calendar request access to calendar, but One Calendar doesn't. Therefore any apps that syncs only with stock calendar cannot access events in one calendar.

I use a galaxy watch, and the calendar app on it sync with android stock calendar. So for now there is no way to have my events on my watch and it sucks.

Today on the widget is not enough highlighted. I need to watch it for moments until I find the day. When I scroll to another month on the widget there is no any button in the header that would jump back to the the actual month (and day)

I would like to see an option to use any photo as a calendar background

It would be great if you could add an ability to mark weekend days with different custom color (cell and number separately). All views considered.

Can I suggest to add the option that I can name the different colours in the filter. For example "yellow" could be named "Sport", "green" could be named work, etc. That would be even better or easier to categorise the calendar.   

Having the current day marked only by a different color than anyother day is not easy to see. Being able to highlight the day by some shape around the current day would make it 100x more convenient, especially for those who dont have the best eyesight.

I am combining numerous calendars - work Outlook, employees Outlook, family Gmail, personal Gmail, wife's Gmail and even another work calendar on Gmail as we transition. A couple of the calendars show duplicate events when I sync certain joint events (manually or using an external app). One calendar should be smart enough to see a duplicate and give me the choice of which calendar displays it, hiding the other. The duplicates often have identical information.

As it is, the calendar looks overly full because of duplicate series'.

Make a Day without an appointment selectable in the overview. 

Currently there is only one theme that works as a "dark theme" (the cog wheeled theme at the bottom). My eyes crave dark themes, and it would be nice to be able to choose between (at least) a few, please.

I would like to have a visual difference between confirmed and tentative events, either through some sort of dimming, an icon, or anything else that would help differentiate status of the events.

The reminder for an event disappears after a short time, at the scheduled end time of the event, in short-term events the reminder is not seen and you forget about the event. Could an option be added in settings so that the reminder does not disappear until the user takes action on it (Edit it, postpone it or deactivate it) ?. Thanks.

Allow to select a default calender or use the calender that was used to create the last event when you create a new one. Really annoying that its some random calendar that is always used to create new events.
