Microsoft has recently changed some things at Outlook.com (without warning) and it's causing problems for all kinds of users. Also Microsoft states here:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-shared-family-calendars-in-outlook-com-7d21512a-eac5-4597-816b-6bf5ff8554ed
that Microsoft no longer supports Family calendar in other applications than Outlook.com and Outlook mobile. So at the moment there is not much we can do about it.

I would recommend posting your experience at the Microsoft forum and hopefully they will do something about it:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/shared-calendar-missing-in-windows-and-ios-iphone/c03d2ca2-014d-4fd9-a3ae-3c059e2bac8b?page=1&rtAction=1599317597534&tm=1599317614028

So it's no longer possible to use the Family calendar in OneCalendar due to Microsoft changes. A simple workaround would be:
Create a new calendar on Outlook.com, share it with the family members and re-create all events that were previously in the Family Calendar but which MS decided to move.

This has only just happened to me - a lot of events when entered using MS Family Calendar option & you expect me to re-enter them.

I understand that its not your fault but the only reason I purchased this app was to manage all the calendars I used across the different devices used in the hosehold. Now there is a reason not to use this app any longer. Disapointed & dont spend all the money at once ;)
