Appointments like work shifts, etc., that recur very frequently would be great if they could be added with one click. A button could be added in the monthly view where the frequently used appointments, with all the information and start/end times, can be saved. Then, they can be clicked on multiple days to save them.

Wouldn't it be easier to have short cuts you can use? E.g. 'ctrl s' to save an new appointment, or 'ctrl n'to create new appointment. That works much faster and easier imho.

Would like to be able to add the following views:

• Work Week View - Monday through Friday
• Show Next XX Days - Show next 5 days would show today and the next 4 days. At midnight, the date would change and the next 4 days would change as well.

This would put OneCalendar over the top for folks that like a work view and compete with Outlook, Fantastical, etc.

I think the ability to sync with project management calendars such as Wrike or MS Project would be invaluable to large organizations and encourage adoption and use of your app.

These project management applications are narrow-minded and require users to keep separate calendars for projects that do not sync with the email and calendars we ALL use to actually collaborate and do work in - namely MS Outlook.

Please add feature to create events until 2022, to create events, cases, doings, meetings until 2022 =) Now this possibility does not exist. I very want to write all my history and thinkings in beautiful fantastic OneCalendar.

select more than one calender for an event

I can't find any app that really makes sure I don't miss important calendar notifications. I have an ultrawide monitor and a small pop-up in the corner isn't anywhere near as eye-catching as I need when I'm in the zone working on something. Add in that there are a lot of chaff notifications in Windows these days and my mind just tunes it out.

What I'd really like is a way to select a notification type that is unmissable. Something like what this Mac OS app does: https://www.inyourface.app

Obviously this won't be for everyone so it needs to be optional, but

Show and support adding Google Reminders (in Google Calendar you can add an Event, a Task and a Reminder)

Currently: State of the task (finished/unfinished) does not matter, OneCalendar always shows a ticked box in front of tasks.

Proposed change: Unfinished task uses ▢ (empty box) instead, finished task stays unchanged.

 (image shows current look of tasks. it's the same for any state of the task.)

There is an option that allows to show unresponded events. It would be nice (as google calendar does) to let configure to also show declined events.

Instead of relying on Windows to manage reminders please implement an APP controlled reminder like Outlook does.

The problem with letting Windows manage the reminder is that if monitor is in sleep mode when the reminder comes due and then you wake up the monitor the reminder is no longer visible and the only way you know something is due is to manually navigate to the Windows notification center.

People are not going to always remember to do that EVERY TIME they wake up the monitor from sleep mode.

Outlook for example has it's own reminder window which continues to

I like your software very much. I want to create new event in LIST view just like in MONTH view. One click should be enough. However when we want to add anything in LIST view, we have to click day first in the left corner month view then click + button and then click new event...  

There is no option for proton mail calendar. Could you please add?

For the past few weeks, I keep getting the message "synchronization complete with one error" after my phone connects.  I can't find a way to clear the error.  It's not hurting anything, I just can't get rid of it.  Other than that the app is great and everyone I show ends up getting it.

It would be great if I could add differents clocks with different timezones. For example, I schedule meets with people in France and Panama, and I'like to know what local hour is in each region.

Overall great app but I have one problem: the description of features says it is possible to select a different color for a specific appointment. However, this option is disabled in the exchange and in doodle calendars. In Gmail calendar this option is active but doesn't work.
