    Set OneCalendar timezone

    Gapps · 0 · Posted

My use case:  I am in New York and have meetings next week in LA.  I need to see the LA times of the meetings for easier planning.  In fact, I am currently writing an email to LA colleagues about this, so I need to set OneCalendar to LA time to see my schedule while writing -- without having to go into Windows settings to change the whole device time.  I don't afterall want my email to have an LA time stamp, I just want to see the meetings correctly.  Sure I can just subtract 3 from what OneCalendar shows,

Customization: Having lighter variations of the same color

    Abbi B · 0 · Posted

I'm constantly juggling a demanding schedule that includes law school, family responsibilities, exercise, and more. Having lighter variations of the same color helps keep things visually organized and less overwhelming. For example, there's only one dark brown and one dark gray available. Adding light and mid-gray tones would really enhance the color collection and offer more flexibility. Such visual simplicity and clarity can make a big difference for someone like me. Please consider this!

I would like to be able to join a videocon (Zoom, Teams, etc) directly by clicking the appointment

I have difficulty with my videoconference appointments because many times the meeting ID/passwords are not shown on the appointment. It would be great to be able to join directly by clicking on the appointment on the calendar

Set busy vs. free time in a calendar entry (and et a default)

James Eshelman · 3 · Last reply by Johan Offermans

OneCalendar has no provision for setting free / busy / etc. conditions when creating a calendar item. some appointments need this, in which case I usually create the item in OneCalendar then open Outlook.com to edit the calendar item for busy etc.

Could we please have this added to 1C (and the option to set a default value).

No reminder at all if reminder-time > time left before the event

    Eric Armstrong · 0 · Posted

At 7:22 pm, I put in a test event for 8 pm, with a 1-hour reminder.

After creating the event, I see it in my calendar, but to my surprise I didn't  see a reminder.

So I modified to give me a 30-minute reminder. It's now 7:28. I'm waiting to see what I get. (If I don't have a noticeable reminder that grabs my attention, that's the end of the experiment. I need a calendar system specifically for reminders--'cuz I'm somewhat "calendarically challenged".) Ah. That worked. There is a nice STICKY reminder at the bottom right that STAYS there until
