I'd like to be able to create event categories with a free choice of colors and icons.

For the moment, you can add an icon, but it is only event by event (and the icon choice is too poor, for example the flags).

Instead of relying on Windows to manage reminders please implement an APP controlled reminder like Outlook does.

The problem with letting Windows manage the reminder is that if monitor is in sleep mode when the reminder comes due and then you wake up the monitor the reminder is no longer visible and the only way you know something is due is to manually navigate to the Windows notification center.

People are not going to always remember to do that EVERY TIME they wake up the monitor from sleep mode.

Outlook for example has it's own reminder window which continues to

PLEASE update OneCalendar to provide the option to save contacts within the app.

I would like to easily delete an event by pressing the delete key, or click and drag on the bottom of an event to change the duration, etc. To my mind these are basic features for a modern calendar app.

It would be terrific is there was support for navigating the calendar with keyboard shortcuts (on desktop platforms). This would be a huge plus both for accessibility and efficiency. Browsing through the calendar is partially possible with cursor keys, though this occasionally fails (perhaps when the main GUI goes out of focus after clicking a right-navbar button). This could be improved. Adding shortcuts for changing view mode (day, week etc.) would be fantastic as well.

Within Google, I have different Calendars set up. I can only view the "Main" Google calendar here.

For example - I have one for my Pets, and one for Appointments and one for Money. I cannot see them when linking my Google Calendar.

When a calendar invite is added, please open the date that the ics file (or appropriate calendar file type) is set for? It's much more convenient to the accept/deny the request

I am running OneCalendar on my Windows10 PC and my Android phone with different calendars (even one CalDav calendar) perfectly since one year. But since two weeks, my Windows App gives an error "Supporting to secure channel there was an error: NO RESPONSE" (see message below) for my CalDav calendar and I am not able to get the calendar. I didn't change anything and my Android app ist still working with the same connection settings. My Let's encrypt cert is valid and working... Is it maybe a bug of the new version? I install one calendar on more than one devices using many calendar providers. I need to export my settings so that when I install the calendar in my new device I just need to import my settings no need to add one by one setting manually for each of my calendar provider.

I entered an event for a shared calendar. After a while, it occurred twice or even three times in parallel (with different colors). When I deleted one, the other one later on disappeared as well. Maybe that problem (which came only with some delay) was caused by the second PC (of my colleague) using that calendar.

Windows 10 has `agenda` capability of task bar (like below). Can this be used with OneCalendar?

Can one calendar be integrated with Alexa? currently only integrates with amazon, google and microsoft calendar

Just a quick comment on possible improvements.

What I really miss out on is the ability to use short cuts. Now one has to klick all the time. E.g., to go to 'today' it would be helpful to press ctrl G to go to today, or press escape to go back et cetera.

Apparently, "as part of its effort to reduce the risk of cybercrime, Microsoft has imposed that from Saturday, 1 October 2022 applications that only use basic authentication methods will be blocked from interacting with Mail Exchange Online system." Hence I cannot use OneCalendar with Exchange any more.
