The ability to create event categories

I'd like to be able to create event categories with a free choice of colors and icons.

For the moment, you can add an icon, but it is only event by event (and the icon choice is too poor, for example the flags).

Yes! Outlook.com has the option to set a category (or multiple categories) for each event so you can add everything to a single calendar instead of having to separate them all out into different calendars.

The only way to tell the events apart on these consolidated calendars though is to be able to assign different colors for each category.

If that was possible though, it would make using OneCalendar with outlook for Windows more concise and consistent.

Note: Would want to be able to filter by category too.
