Add More Emojis to Quick Emoji Button

Right now there are a number of emojis missing from the quick emoji button (see attached screenshot). In particular I was looking for country flags, more sports options (curling rock, climbing), among other things. It appears that this emoji list hasn't been updated since Emoji version 4.0 in 2016/2017, making it 5 major versions behind. None of the emojis introduced in version 5.0 (https://emojipedia.org/emoji-5.0/) onward seem to be present.

I realize a workaround may be to just add the emoji's myself in the subject title, however that defeats the purpose of including a quick select at all. I have about 12 activities I regularly schedule where a quick emoji selection would be helpful, and having more updated options for them would be incredibly helpful.
