Unable to access premium features on other devices

I just purchased One Calendar Premium, and it syncs fine across my devices, but I can only access the premium features on one device.  If I try to do something like even change a color, it says I need to purchase the premium.  I thought it worked across devices.

Same issue. No sense having to purchase the exact same license twice for the same account. Just allow us to have a license key and it gets attached to the email account used.

Just got a new device an exactly same issue, have emailed developer. June 2023

Did you ever get an answer to this? I wouldn’t have purchased one if I knew I needed it for all devices!

And same issue for me too, today ! My second device (just bought a new phone) says to me "Purchase Premium License" althought I already have one since 5 years, on Android platform.

Nevertheless, the FAQ page on OneCalendar's website, says that :

A premium license is required per platform group (Android, iOS, Microsoft Windows). Unfortunately the Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Microsoft Store don't allow cross platform licensing.

The premium license is valid on all your devices on the same platform as long as you use the same store account.

The license fee is a one-time payment.

I hope someone who supports this app is actually reading these issues being reported.

It's not that I couldn't afford another $5.99 for a separate license on my iPhone (I purchased the original license for my Windows 10 laptop), but I would ASSSUME their product would have cross platform compatibility.

I hope someone will respond to this issue SOON!!  As good as a product as it is, if you cannot get timely support when an issue occurs, it makes you realize this may not be the best company for our needs.

When I came on this thread I realized that may be the reason I'm having the trouble I'm having.  It NEVER occurred to me that the Premium license wouldn't be good for all my devices!  At least it's an explanation for the lack of synching I'm experiencing still...
