OneCalemdar notifications are always 5-15 minutes late

Any calendar notification is always between 5 and 15 minutes delayed. if I have an event at 10:00 and the notification is scheduled for 9:00, I won't actually get the notification until around 9:10. It's like this for all my calendars and notifications.…
