Snooze Duration Not Working???

My problem is if I have a reminder pop up with say a 9 minute snooze. I hit the drop down and change it to 1 hour. Sometimes it will pop back up 2-3 minutes later, sometimes 9 minutes later, sometimes an hour later. It's very inconsistent and doesn't…
