When I close Windows One Calendar, and then re-open, it remembers the last view that was used, i.e. Day, Week, List, etc. Is there a way to have a default view that comes up every time the app is started, like the Month view?
I still use the Outlook contact list for email. I'd like to use the contacts for sending invitations. Alternatively my Google contact list would also work.
I was thinking that it would be great to share the onecalander to others. I have multiple inputs(calendars) added to my onecalander to have them in one place. However, i would like the possibility to share the onecalander view to others (ex: family, job, etc) with posts just listed as "busy" or similar. I know it can be printed, but getting a link to it or such for sharing would be great. And if possible, in that option being able to set if its just supposed to say busy or show appointments. That would be great!
I was trying to sync my calendar from my email service provider Posteo.de with OneCalendar. However, I get the following error message below. I get the same error when I am trying to sync my calendar on my iPhone. (I changed a few details in the error message where my user ID was shown.)
Could the reason be that there is something wrong with events that I imported from my old Google Calendar into my current Posteo Calendar?
In google calender every appointment can have multiple reminders set of either a pop up, sms or email at differing schedules before an event. This feature is essential so an appointment or preparation befire an appointment is not missed.
Set an event as private. I often send calendar invites to my work email address (which uses Outlook), and designating the event as private prevents coworkers from seeing the text of the event (though they can still see I have the time blocked off). Google Calendar has this feature as well.
I have difficulty with my videoconference appointments because many times the meeting ID/passwords are not shown on the appointment. It would be great to be able to join directly by clicking on the appointment on the calendar
When editing a repeating events, please add the option to edit “this and future occurrences” in addition to editing the entire series. The reason this is important is because it allows the user to maintain an accurate record of past appointments but still alter the series in the future. Without this, you can only edit the entire series, which alters past appointments as well. This is problematic when I, as a healthcare professional, need to refer to past events when conflicts or disagreements occur with patients regarding past events.
When I create an event and then I want to change the calendar to which it was attached (e.g. "personal" -> "work"), I am unable to do it in Windows. In Android app it is possible, but in Windows I have to delete this event and create a new one with the proper calendar attached (or edit this event on my Android phone...).
