I can make appointments from Outlook on any device and it syncs with One Calendar. Why when i make appointments in One Calendar it wont reverse sync to my Outlook Calendar dev ?

I can make appointments in Outlook Calendar on any device, and it syncs to One Calendar. But when I make appointments in One Calendar, it doesn't reverse sync to my Outlook Calendar. Why is that?
