Colours syncing between windows and iOS?

I like to use the calendar to share between windows laptop and ipad/iphone. I noticed they have different premium versions I will need. I want the premium to change the colours. If I buy both of these (windows and iOS) will the colours automatically sync also? Or will I have to manually change on each due to the premium windows not linking to premium iOS? Thanks, hope that makes sense
