A connection with the server could not be established ---> System.Exception: The text associated with this error code could not be found.

On my PC I keep getting this error message:

A connection with the server could not be established
---> System.Exception: The text associated with this error code could not be found.

My internet is working, I can connect to my google calendar and my microsoft exchange calendar separately, I just can't get them to sync with one calendar.  It was working very well for a long time and then about 3 weeks ago it stopped working.  

My onecalendar app is working on my ipad and my iphone just not on my PC.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and did the updates.  Still nothing.

Any ideas?  I appreciate your help.
