Please Implement Task Prioritization & Better Customization

Currently without the ability to drag and re-order tasks there isn't even a manual way to brute force prioritization.

It would be awesome if there was a feature to assign different priorities to created tasks, that way lists can be easily ordered accordingly. Would also be amazing if the prioritization featured colorized or other visual elements to help distinguish tasks of different priorities - Red for urgent, yellow for important, green for reminder (Idk something to that effect).  

Would also be great if the formatting and layout of the app were more customizable and intuitive, currently the Windows app forces the tabs "Today, Next days, Overdue, Search" by default which aren't necessarily useful to all users. The ability to change, add, and remove tabs would be a welcome addition.

Updates to the offered layouts would also be appreciated as well as more intuitive customization. Currently to change the color palette you have to go to the menu and if you want something outside of the presets have to manually configure each color element blindly, which ends up being sup[er frustrating since you have to make a change, exit the menu to see the change, then go back into the menu to adjust or make more changes. A preview would be fantastic.

Greater control over the layout generally would be brilliant. Some users might only want a single list they put information in and so multiple columns just clutter up that information and make the app less usable overall. Further some users might prefer the ability to have a tiled layout or a more visual representation of their lists as opposed to the single, text-based column to the left.
