Am I missing a way to sync accounts across devices?

I use 2 different personal laptops and 2 PCs. For work I have an additional 2 laptops and a PC. I'd really like to not have to add all my accounts to each device individually, am I missing something? Does being logged in to OneCal not sync accounts and…
