Please implement an APP reminder window like Outlook

Instead of relying on Windows to manage reminders please implement an APP controlled reminder like Outlook does.

The problem with letting Windows manage the reminder is that if monitor is in sleep mode when the reminder comes due and then you wake up the monitor the reminder is no longer visible and the only way you know something is due is to manually navigate to the Windows notification center.

People are not going to always remember to do that EVERY TIME they wake up the monitor from sleep mode.

Outlook for example has it's own reminder window which continues to be visible when you wake the monitors. OneCal can do the same thing - just please add an APP controlled reminder window separate from Windows notifications.
