Cannot remove syncronisation errors

Not on MacOS but on Windows10.

When trying to accept a meeting, I get a sync error which I cannot seem to get rid of. I don't really care it fails (I'll accept the meeting from the web-based calendar if needed) but why isn't there an option to delete the sync error and the event causing the sync error?

I cannot attach the output of the error as this is posted publicly.
