Are the licences/payments really separate for Android and Windows?

Hello. I'm liking One Calendar, and have paid for a licence on the Android app. I've also downloaded the Windows app but it's telling me I need to get a licence to access all features. Do I really need to pay again?

I heard back from support today.

I was told to login to the Microsoft store with the credentials I used when I purchased the app. That took a bit of fumbling around as I have several Microstoft accounts. Once I found the right account, I was able to locate the liscence through the Windows OneCalendar app.

As for Andriod, I was prompted to purchase through the Android strore and there seemed to be no way for the Android app to make a connection to the Windows store. I figured I spent enough time goofing around and just made the purchase through Android.

Best of luck!

I never did hear back from anyone. The support is non-existant, it seems. Interestingly though, they've started requesting feedback about the product through the desktop version. Maybe they have someone listening over there on that channel? Might be worth a try. It's a shame because the product itself is pretty good.

I am having the same problem but it is the other way, I bought desktop and now it says I have to pay for android yet it says install on more devises and that it should work on them. NOT. And I have been trying to retreive my license but get no replys form anyone. Need more of a better  support system going on.

Exact same issue here. Were you able to  retreive your license ?

If, so, how did you do it?
